About

Storytelling pitch for a new thriller IP

This second-year solo university project was created in less than three weeks. The time constraints and complexity made the idea risky, but the project went forward and the audience was fully engaged, frightened, and anxious.

Premise

Samira's investigation

Pitched as a new IP reminiscent of action psychological horror games like Resident Evil 7 and F.E.A.R., the story follows young detective Samira searching for her partner and father figure Joe after he disappears while investigating a disturbing number of missing people.

Her own life is put in danger as the connections become terrifying and chilling, pointing to a dreadful conspiracy. The concept mixes action sequences with slow-burning investigation and puzzle solving.
